Vehicles are secured and packed into containers, and once they reach the destination port in Rotterdam, they are safely unloaded on a private lot by qualified staff.
In the case of the Rotterdam port, BidCars works with a customs agency to ensure priority service for our customers. Customs clearance is completed within 72 hours after the container is unloaded.
